HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\KasperskyLab\protected\AVP13\environment

In right panel find SkinSwitchDisabled and change it’s value from 1 to 0.

Now press the Shift + F12 keyboard button, Kaspersky panel will toggle to English interface.
