Not working for me, have Line 3.5.1, using Market Unlocker Pro 3.3.0
Stop both Line service, changed to JP
and restart Line, still could not see new Sticker Items
Make sure LINE app link to your email and Facebook account.
I just checked, i do have both Email and Facebook linked to my account
Its not working now. I changed the country and it still be in the same country.
