The normal practice of us to remove a software or program in window system is via Start > Control Panel > Add\Remove Programs.As a result the program will not be uninstalled or will be partially uninstalled expecially for Kaspersky products.Now you have to use a special software is called KAVremover9 that developed by Kaspersky Lab to delete the Kaspersky products permanently.

1.Download KAVremover9.zip .
2.Unzipped KAVremover9.zip and run KAVremover9.exe ,
3.Then will detect Kaspersky product in your computer and asking you to enter in the code from the picture.After that click ‘remove’ .
4.A dialog window will inform you of successful product removal .
5.Reboot your computer.
If the KAVremover9.exe can’t detect Kaspersky product in computer,run the software from the command prompt with the following syntax kavremover9.exe [kav6 | kav7 | kav2009 | kav2009x64| kis6 | kis7 | kis2009 | kis2009x64 | kav6fs | kav6wks]. For example if Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 was installed on your PC in this case the command will look the following way kavremover9.exe kis2009 .
