If you interest install iPhoto on iOS 5.0.1 or non supported iOS devices, here i will sharing a new way installing this app (your iOS device with jailbreak ).
Following steps involves modify iOS devices system files. I already try it and worked and can’t guarantee all others iOS devices also work too, please use as your own risk.
Install iPhoto on iOS 5.0.1
1.Change your iOS devices from iOS 5.0.1 to iOS 5.1 manually. Use 「iFile」located path /System/Library/CoreServices/SystemVersion.plist, change 「ProductVersion」 in SystemVersion.plist from iOS 5.0.1 to iOS 5.1. Then reboot device.
2.Go to Apple iTunes store download the app. You can download iPhoto app from iOS devices supported directly. For those iPad 1 or non supported users can using iTunes on PC downloading iPhoto then use ifunbox software transfer to the iOS devices, caused a pop up windows with message warning 「This App is incompatible with this iPad」 appeared and won’t let you download directly.
3.Last step you need to install a tweak from Cydia.Add a source 「apt.napplec.com」 then install 「NasLd」.
Now you need to reboot iOS device again and start to install app into your iOS device. After try for few hours found that some of the features located at lower left corner can’t use it as tab it.Below is the screenshot of iPad 1.
