No matter you are a student, engineer or document clerk, you are always using Microsoft Word creates a report. One of the issue that we always encounter during use Microsoft word is the graph or photo attached with description and remarks will separate at word page break, this will make your report will not “professional”. So how to make graph with description and remarks kept together during word page break ?
Below is the example page break in word.
The photo and description already separated during word page break, you may uncomfortable reading this kind of report.So we can use 「Line And Page Breaks」 option in Microsoft Word to fix this problem.
Fix Graph And Description Or Remarks Separate At Word Pagination
1.Highlighted the description or remarks and graph that need to kept together, then right click and choose 「Paragraph」 option on menu.
2.Select 「Line And Page Breaks」 tab and put check on 「Line And Page Breaks」, then click OK.
3.Now you will notice the graph on previous page already jump to next page, together with description on same word page layout.
