Download Windows SkyDrive app and installed (compatible with Windows Vista and 7 only),then sign in Windows Live account and a SkyDrive folder created in your PC.
Put a check on 「Make this file on this PC available to me on my other device 」. In this way you can remote viewing all files contains inside SkyDrive folder in PC. through SkyDrive.com.
Now we can put any files,photos,video,document or folder into SkyDrive folder and let it sync automatically between your computers (PC or Mac) and SkyDrive.com,so you can get to your latest files from virtually anywhere. Whenever you add, change, or delete files in one location, all the other locations will be updated.
Simple tested it found SkyDrive for Windows sync speed is quite good,the new file can be synchronize in real time after file modified,upload large file (more than 50MB) also not a problem.
