    Works great!

I have Microsoft Office Home and Student 2010. Had I known this earlier, I would have upgraded to the Professional Academic edition while the promo lasted. Now what other giveaways could I enter with this .edu address?

    Thanks!

Hey it worked, but it seems like a google email – Am I missing something. Was also wondering if this could get us some student discounts on MS software and other highend stuff? How do we get a student ID number and anything else a vendor might ask us for to recieved the discounts. This also being the first day of Googles private policy change, is there anything we should know or heed about google now?

Will it work if i’m outside EEUU? If the answer if no I’ll be very grateful if someone can create one for me, really I’m an medicine student in Spain, and I’ve a uma.es email, but unfortunately Microsoft and other promotions usually don’t know anything about this kind of ‘edu’ email accounts. (my email: ta ll y z90@g mail . com) without spaces :)

    Thanks in advance!

Works great! I’ve got my edu-mail for free.
BUT, guys, we have a problem. When I tried to confirm my new email in dropbox (admin edit) , i’ve received “Email doesn’t appear to be from an approved school” message. So I have a question. This opportunity already has closed, or domain Maricopa.edu is not added yet?

Worked for me. Have a edu address now.

However, Dropbox has already blacklisted Maricopa .edu addresses. So, no bonus to get there. But still, it might come in handy for other offers or discounts.
